Nova Fintech launched a new expense management product for SMEs, but strict platform policies limited how they could message benefits. Their CPAs spiked as ads were repeatedly disapproved, and attribution gaps obscured which journeys drove sales conversations.
Strategy
Mpeak partnered with Nova’s legal and compliance teams to define an approved messaging matrix, then mapped every ad variation to policy-safe language. Using server-side tracking, we rebuilt the multi-touch attribution model and surfaced which funnel stages required more education. Creative pods produced modular storytelling assets that matched each compliance persona.
